Here's what's included:

Initial Assessment
- We start with an in-depth session where we dive into your health, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your goals and addresses the barriers that have held you back.Â
Fortnightly Sessions
- We will then meet every 2-weeks to review your progress, refine the approach, and troubleshoot any challenges. These will also be a chance to learn and implement nutrition and behaviour change tools and skills.Â
Weekly Check-ins
- Weekly check-ins as a chance to have a space to reflect and refocus for the week ahead.Â
Daily Support via Email or Text
- Personalised support as and when you need it throughout the programme.Â
Personalised ResourcesÂ
- Access to resources, tools, and templates to support habit building, tuning into hunger cues, managing energy slumps, and other tips and tricks.Â
