Sharon Sutton, NZRD
BSc Human Nutrition | MDiet (Distinction) | BA Japanese | Monash FODMAP qualified Dietitian | Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) | NZQA Qualified Supervisor and Mentor
Originally from Christchurch (don't hold that against her), Sharon has settled in Ĺtepoti, Dunedin with her husband and two teenage daughters.
With a strong emphasis on values, Sharon is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and delves into the underlying factors and habits that influence your diet. Working together, she will craft a tailor-made nutrition plan designed to suit your lifestyle and goals.
Sharon's passion lies in gut health. She's also adept at providing evidence-based advice on pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, food intolerances and weight management.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Sharon has worked as a lecturer within the University of Otago Nutrition Department and for several years, she has supervised Master's students.

Alice Young, Nutritionist (NSNZ)

Originally from Tapanui, Alice has called Ĺtepoti, Dunedin, her home for over a decade now. Her passion for connecting with people and supporting them on their health and well-being journey has guide her path in the Nutrition field.Â
Alice is moving to TairÄwhiti, Gisborne in 2025 and will be available for online consultations only.Â
Alice's experience to-date includes supporting the Otago Univeristy Rowing and GODZone Team, working as a Health Coach and Community Support Worker at a Musselburgh Medical Centre, and Rehab Coaching at a ANEW Pain Management Clinic.Â
Alice's approach across all of her work is marked by its holistic, whole-person perspective, ensuring that every client feels truly heard. Alice is here to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals, offering coaching and guidance that's tailored to you.Â
