How to Make the Best Spaghetti Bolognese - Easy and Delicious Recipe

A damn good spag bol!! This old classic is so good, especially as we head into winter. Plus, it’s budget friendly!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 celery head (diced)
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1x can of tomatoes
- 250mL beef stock (1x OXO cube in water)
- 240g mince
- Spaghetti
- Feta and parmesean to serve
Method
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add oil, onion, and garlic, fry off until onion is translucent
- Add the mince, and brown/sear it off
- Add the tomato paste, celery and carrot and cook for ~5 minutes
- Add the canned tomatoes and beef stock
- Bring to the boil and lower to simmer for around 15 to 20 minute
- Serve with feta and grated parmesan!!
